Payperpost today announce a new good TOS that start today they can receipt and approve 1 month old blog with minimum 10 posts. It's different from before that the blog you submit must be minimum 3 months old blog with minimum 30 posts.

That's way they ask the blogger who over rejected by Payperpost to resubmit again their blog.
